What is included in the Free plan?
Free includes 3 monitors with 5-minute checks, SSL/domain/keyword monitoring, one public status page and email alerts, no credit card. Faster checks (1 min), Slack/Discord/Webhook and private status pages are in Pro/Business.
How is billing handled?
You pick a plan (Pro or Business). Billed yearly (Pro €79, Business €199) or monthly, incl. 19% VAT. Add +10 monitors for €2/month on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime; the subscription runs until the end of the paid term. Afterwards you switch automatically to the Free plan.
How quickly do I find out about an outage?
Depending on your plan, we check every minute (Pro/Business) or every 5 minutes (Free). A detected outage is reported immediately or after a delay you configure, via email, and on Pro also via Slack, Discord and webhooks.
Where do the checks run and where is my data stored?
Entirely in Germany: checks run from the Falkenstein data centre (Hetzner), where all data is stored as well. GDPR-compliant and without US cloud services.
What happens after I cancel?
Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then your account automatically switches to the Free plan (3 monitors). Monitors and statistics are kept; you can delete your account entirely in the settings at any time.
