You pick a plan (Pro or Business). Billed yearly (Pro €79, Business €199) or monthly, incl. 19% VAT. Add +10 monitors for €2/month on top.

Yes. You can cancel anytime; the subscription runs until the end of the paid term. Afterwards you switch automatically to the Free plan.

Depending on your plan, we check every minute (Pro/Business) or every 5 minutes (Free). A detected outage is reported immediately or after a delay you configure, via email, and on Pro also via Slack, Discord and webhooks.

Entirely in Germany: checks run from the Falkenstein data centre (Hetzner), where all data is stored as well. GDPR-compliant and without US cloud services.

Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then your account automatically switches to the Free plan (3 monitors). Monitors and statistics are kept; you can delete your account entirely in the settings at any time.
