Cancel Contract

Pursuant to § 312k German Civil Code, we must offer you a simple way to cancel your contract online. Use the form below or send us an email.

No login required — you can cancel your contract at any time, even if you are not currently logged in.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the remaining period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis. Your free access (up to three monitors) remains fully available until cancellation takes effect; the account is then deactivated.
