Cancel Contract

Pursuant to § 312k German Civil Code, we must offer you a simple way to cancel your contract online. Use the form below or send us an email.

No login required — you can cancel your contract at any time, even if you are not currently logged in.

Cancellation of a paid plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the remaining period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis. Once effective, your account is automatically switched to the free plan (currently three monitors); you can continue to use it or delete it entirely in the settings.
