Is the check log immutable?
It is cryptographically signed and verifiable. An independent external timestamp is not currently part of the process.
Can I run the verification myself?
Yes. The export, public key and verification logic are designed for offline verification.
When do I need signed check logs?
Whenever a screenshot is not enough: SLA discussions with clients, evidence towards your hosting provider, or internal incident reviews with a solid data basis.
Does my current monitoring service offer this too?
Signed, offline-verifiable check logs are rare in the market. Our comparison pages state per provider whether the feature exists there.
